The 10,564 sq. ft. Manor House is the anchor of the estate. Rather than building new, we practice **Adaptive Preservation**, upgrading the envelope while preserving the historic soul.

  • Capacity: Commercial kitchen fit-out capable of serving 200+ guests.
  • Legacy: Original slate roof maintained and repaired.
